Because everything is made to order, returns aren’t common—but they are possible.

If you’d like to request a return, contact info@unimpressedpress.com within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be mailed back at the customer’s expense and arrive unused and in original condition.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wildly wrong, email us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
(We’re unimpressed, not heartless.)
